Customer Care

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be returned for a refund. within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Return Instructions

  1. To request a return authorization, you must send an email to customer.service@milaura.it indicating the order number, the items to be returned and requesting the RAN and the return form. Once the procedure is completed, milaura.com will send a confirmation via email, containing the Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the return form with the instructions to follow to send the goods back. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  2. The Return Authorization Number must be written on the return form which must be filled out and placed in the box.
  3. The package must be sent to Milaura, Corso Garibaldi 20, 20121, Milan, MI, Italy

Reimbursement
The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the milaura.com warehouses and the items have been checked.
For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in approximately 10 days, and will still be visible on the next card statement. The timing may vary slightly based on the banking circuit of the credit card used.
For orders paid with Paypal the amount will be refunded to the original account.
The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.

Return shipment must take place within 14 days of receiving the order.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The safety thread on the items being returned must not be cut or broken. The items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and must not show any signs of any kind.

 Each item must be returned with all original labels, packaging and accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers, etc.) received with the order.

 All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging.

Returns must be shipped inside the milaura box

In the event that the Customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by milaura.com, it is requested to follow the same instructions reported above. milaura.com reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to cover the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its premises.

Swimwear and underwear (bikinis, briefs, boxers etc.) must be tried on over your own underwear. Returns of such items will be refused and sent back to the Customer if the transparent hygiene protection label has been removed, or if the items show signs of use.

milaura.com also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions set out.
In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
Any acceptance of such returns will in any case entail a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.

For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation on distance selling shall apply.

Shipments are made via DHL courier and the cost varies depending on the value of the individual purchase and the country of shipment.

As required by the laws regulating trade, all milaura.com shipments are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of the individual items in Euro . For sale items, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.

To offer you the best service and ensure fast shipping worldwide we have chosen DHL. Shipping costs vary based on the value of the individual purchase and destination (please see the table below). Your shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (orders accepted before 12pm CET will be dispatched the same day). Estimated dispatch times are to be considered as a guide only and from the date of dispatch we are not responsible for any delays caused by credit card authorisation processes.

Furthermore, milaura.it is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or due to force majeure beyond the control of milaura.it.

2. IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please consider the following information:

 > A signature on the receipt is required for all orders;
 > We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after dispatch. Therefore, please ensure that you provide an address where you can be reached at the time of delivery according to the specified delivery times;
 > DHL does not ship to PO boxes or use poste restante;
 > If DHL cannot find anyone at the address you provide, it will retry to deliver the package three more times, leaving a sheet of instructions each time.

3. WHEN DO WE DELIVER?

Our Online Store ships to all countries with DHL, delivering from Monday to Friday during office hours. It is not possible to book a delivery.

DHL does not deliver during the weekdays pre -holidays and holidays.

4. THE FIRST ORDER

For your security, if this is your first time ordering, it can only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address or a company address that we will independently verify at a later date. To avoid delays, please make sure your billing address is the same as the address on your card statement, and write the cardholder's name exactly as it appears on your card. Please also make sure to enter your contact information accurately, so we can communicate with you if necessary.

5. INSURANCE

Please note that we insure every order in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for every item delivered, at which point responsibility for the order passes to you. If you are not the recipient of your parcel (for example, if it was a gift) then the person who signed for it confirms delivery and is responsible for the parcel.

7. TAXES AND DUTIES

In many countries, shipments are made Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning all applicable import taxes are included in the final product price.
