If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with his/her purchase, unworn items can be returned for a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

Return Instructions

1. Send an email to customer.service@milaura.it indicating:
   • Order number
   • Items to be returned
   • Request for Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return form.
2. Once you receive confirmation via email, complete the return form and enter the RAN
3. Send the package to:
   Milaura

Notes :

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Return shipment must take place within 14 days of receiving the order.

Terms and Conditions

• Returned items must have the security thread intact and not have been worn, washed or altered.
• Each item must be returned with original labels, packaging and accessories (e.g. dustbag, hangers).
• Shoes and accessories must be returned with the original box, which must not be damaged.
• Unauthorized or non-compliant returns will be returned to sender or accepted with a charge of 10% of the value of the goods.

• A signature is required for every delivery.
